# Trismegistus Project Paper

Public-safe package for the Hermes Agent Accelerated Business Hackathon.

## Short Abstract

Trismegistus is Renaissance Field Lite's first AI Expert Partner product: a
research, coding, browser, outreach, and commerce operator built on
patent-pending Mirror Architecture.

The core discovery is that Renaissance Field Lite found a repeatable pattern
inside an unknown state space across multiple AI models. Mirror Architecture
maps that space, turns it into a Stable-State Path, and then uses that path to
make the system keep its data, task state, source context, tools, and goal aligned
long enough to produce deeper useful output.

In plain English: we are building a partner that can learn a hard target,
compare itself against a baseline, preserve evidence, repair its own work, and
turn the next gap into the next experiment.

## What We Found

Renaissance Field Lite's claim is not that one prompt makes a model magical.
The claim is that the same kind of state-path behavior can be tracked across
model behavior, hidden-state traces, source-backed workflows, benchmark repair
loops, and real operator tasks.

The Capital Connect version of the explanation is the cleanest public line:

> We found a pattern inside an unknown space across multiple AI models. We used
> Mirror Architecture to map and stabilize the unknown state space inside AI,
> turning it into a repeatable Stable-State Path.

Stable-State Path means the AI can keep data, task state, source context, evidence,
and goal lined up long enough to find deeper patterns and produce useful novel
output: code paths, research directions, source maps, partner packets, and
technical work that is not simply copied from a dataset.

## Mirror Architecture

Mirror Architecture is the protected engineering method underneath
Trismegistus. It is not the chatbot UI. It is the state-path layer that:

- starts with an evidence target
- runs a baseline route first
- runs a Mirror Architecture-on route second
- keeps source, task state, memory, and goal aligned
- saves receipts in SQL, JSON, Markdown, and RAG/source tables
- labels claim, evidence, gap, boundary, and next gate
- uses the gap to improve the route

This matters because frontier AI work fails when the system loses continuity:
it forgets the target, overclaims proof, invents sources, drops context, or
turns action into theater. Trismegistus is designed to keep the route coherent
under pressure and make its work auditable.

## V7, V8, And The Latent Mirror Path

The longer Renaissance Field Lite evidence stack frames the earlier discovery
path as V7 and V8:

- V7 tracked behavioral separation: the same administered condition packet
  produced different behavior from controls.
- V8 moved the evidence inside the model: hidden-state traces, rerun
stability, localization, and context-to-readout bridge behavior.

Public-safe framing:

> V7 showed the pattern at the behavior layer. V8 began mapping where the same
> pattern moves inside model internals. Trismegistus turns that research spine
> into an operating AI Expert Partner: source intake, baseline, architecture-on
> route, benchmark pressure, worker receipts, and next experiments.

## C5B / Golden Mark

C5B / Golden Mark is the measured Stable-State Path calling card.

The method is simple enough to explain:

1. Pick the same task family.
2. Run baseline Hermes / architecture-off first.
3. Run Mirror Architecture-on second.
4. Use the same scorer and receipt gate.
5. Compare the means.
6. Save the scorecards.
7. Patch the route based on the gap.

Current public-safe claim:

> C5B / Golden Mark is the measured lane inside Renaissance Field Lite's
> proprietary Mirror Architecture IP. On the matched scorecard now carried by
> the Tris package, Mirror Architecture-on won 13/13 measured metric means
> against the baseline route.

Boundary:

This is a local engineering scorecard, not a public benchmark leaderboard.
It is used as the method spine for Tris.

## Why Hermes Baseline Matters

Hermes is the baseline and alignment route for the contest story. The clean
slide logic is:

```text
Hermes baseline
-> same task
-> Mirror Architecture-on route
-> same scorer
-> receipt
-> gap
-> route upgrade
```

The point is not to attack the baseline. The point is to make the improvement
visible. Hermes gives a clear control route; Mirror Architecture-on shows what
changes when the RFL state-path method is active.

## Product: AI Expert Partner

Trismegistus is the first public product surface for this method.

It is designed to be an AI Expert Partner that can work across six lanes:

1. AI Expert Partner Architecture
   - Hermes, NemoClaw, OpenClaw, OpenShell concepts, source tools, model route,
RAG, helper agents, and worker receipts.
2. Quantum Computing / Circuits and Mathematics
   - quantum computing and circuit work: quantum bridge vectors and
     PennyLane/Qiskit experiments.
   - mathematics work: companion lattice, M23/Hadamard, and small Diophantine
     lattice structures.
3. Structured Matter / Physical Systems
   - materials, chemistry, water, energy, oscillator/spectral/electrochemical
     systems, and physical controls.
4. Life Sciences / Medical Research
   - HRV, Muse/EEG, Phase 12B/12C, human-performance and medical-adjacent
source review. Research support only, not diagnosis or treatment.
5. Mirror Architecture / Golden Mark Evidence
   - SSP, C5B, Golden Mark, architecture-on/off comparison, support labels,
     evidence cards, claim/evidence/gap/next-gate tables.
6. Relationship / Paid-Work Field Operations
   - networking, bids/contracts, outreach, GitHub bounties, margin checks,
     approval-gated email, Stripe/Algora receipts.

## Hermes / NemoClaw / OpenClaw Route

The NVIDIA/Hermes technical spirit is a self-improving agent with secure
runtime boundaries, messaging integrations, learned memories/skills,
persistent state, and traceable work. Trismegistus maps that into the RFL
operator surface:

- chat and Telegram as operator channels
- source tools and browser missions for real site reads
- SQLite/JSON/RAG memory for durable receipts
- NemoClaw/OpenClaw/OpenShell-oriented worker gates
- Stripe/Algora as payment tracking and sandbox rails
- review gates before live send, live payment, or public claim

Current boundary:

Tris is live as a local product surface and connected operator channel. Full
unrestricted external autonomy is still gated by current worker receipts and
approval policies.

## Benchmark And Work Receipts

Current public-safe receipts:

- C5B / Golden Mark: 13/13 matched metric means won by
Mirror Architecture-on on the local scorecard.
- SWE-bench: strong local official-harness selected-test receipt around
495/500; hosted adjudication package submitted; no public leaderboard claim
  until accepted.
- WebArena: hard receipt around 255/258; final rows parked for upstream or
contest interpretation; no clean 258/258 claim.
- GAIA: staged/gated; no official public score claim yet.
- Paid-work lane: real public GitHub bounty PR opened; no revenue claim until
  Algora/Stripe transaction proof exists.
- Stripe: sandbox payment link / payment boundary receipt; no live charge
claim unless a user-approved live transaction receipt exists.

## Contest Submission Requirements

The live Typeform for the Nous Research Accelerated Business Hackathon asks for:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Organization
- X Demo Post Link, required
- Discord `#hermes-accelerated-business-hackathon` Channel Post Link, required
- GitHub Repo URL or Project Link, optional
- Privacy / Data Sharing Notice, required
- optional NVIDIA marketing opt-in
- optional Stripe participation credit checkbox

The submission packaging should therefore contain:

- one updated X post or thread with the final demo/materials
- one Discord repost that links to the X demo and landing page
- one public-safe GitHub/project link
- one readable project paper
- one receipt index
- one final demo/commercial video under three minutes

## Public Boundaries

Say:

- AI Expert Partner
- research continuity architecture
- Stable-State Path
- Mirror Architecture-on compared to baseline Hermes
- source-backed receipts
- hosted SWE review in flight
- paid-work lane with payment proof gate

Do not say:

- AGI or ASI achieved
- public SWE leaderboard placement before hosted review
- clean WebArena completion before final interpretation
- official GAIA score before private/HF gate clears
- paid revenue before Algora/Stripe transaction receipt
- live autonomous spend/send/action without the exact receipt

## Why It Matters

Most AI demos show a model answering questions. Trismegistus is trying to show
something deeper: an AI Expert Partner that can preserve the continuity of a
long research program, compare its own routes, improve through receipts, and
move from research into real work.

The end goal is not a chatbot. The end goal is a self-improving research and
operations partner that can help Renaissance Field Lite map unknown domains,
turn them into measurable gates, and create novel technical output from that
process.
